Regarding Ed not having converted to "Internet time" it is true that he apparently had this vision a year ago, and nothing visible happened for quite some time. Yet adding guys like Dave Gardy and Mike Cooper to the team I think are having an effect, as can be seen from the barrage of press releases since the first of the year. Here's hoping they can keep up this pace, or even accelerate. Carl

df I went to the Globix site and listened to the interview of Dan Rayburn. I noticed a couple of interesting comments by Dan. Golbix has no competition per-se. And they are the only ones who can offer hosting, capture, and (I think he said full-time key service.... ??? or something to that effect. The net was congested and was difficult for me to understand his exact words because of the herky-jerky on my feeble 28.8 connection. I think he basically said they (GBIX) was the only one who could offer the whole-nine-yards presently. Did anyone else listen ? Are they now doing what Ampex is hoping to do sometime in the future. Do they have any Ampex gear??....Ed Perry, Michael, others...?? TW
