Thanks Baldur, I will check the price at night. The big problem with the pinks has always been low liquidity and occasional spreads as high as 100%. 6 or 7 years ago, I had bought one (on the usual stupid stock tip) and my month-end statement showed I had paid a 100% spread.

The internet and new reporting regulations should help make the BB more respectable and hopefully a safer place to invest. The pinks could also improve somewhat, IMO, as the use of on-line research and investing grows.

While I have been aggressively critical of the SEC regarding the LEAH affair (and I continue to believe that a severe weakness in our regulatory process has been exposed here), I am encouraged by and enthusiastic about the new BB reporting requirements. I believe that any company whose shares trade in public should be held to certain reporting standards. Affordability can certainly be a factor in the creation of those standards. But every business that survives creates for itself and its financiers an income statement and balance sheet, and there's no reason why even a pink sheet stock shouldn't have to disclose this fundamental information.
