This statement in the most recent filing is loaded. S-3A 2/25/99 "Our current manufacturing technology must be further developed before we will be able to manufacture our batteries in commercial quantities." Anyone wondering why the "herbert blairs", "mooters", "jean claude pfisters", and many others to numerous to name (not johnson, he's too stupid to be concerned) are very worried and prone to periodic bouts of severe depression and expressions of panic need only look to the statements in VLNC's own reports to find statements such as the one above to explain their (the above posters') condition.
