Goodness, John, if it got back to that price ... well, we would be the noisiest happy campers anywhere! Hmmm ... that's $7, I would be thrilled with just half of that. And what a party we would throw.

As for the selling of shares, I am as certain as one can be that it is not being done and that there is no further dilution, at least not until the next AGM and only if a resolution is passed along those lines. I am sure that you will be voting right besides me against any such motion. And between you, me, Skip and quite a few others - I think we control more shares than management at this point.

I love it...Discussing TSIS on a Saturday Night

John, why would TSIS be selling more shares now. There are no reasons. The company is profitable with 400k in the bank. Also with revenues increasing quarterly.

It was done mainly in the fall of 97 thru the summer 98. That was when the company was loosing money. The jan 98 annual Don said he would stop it but he lied. Maybe Scott lied saying he stopped but tried to recoup losses...and just going deeper in the hole.

That is all in the past. But I will look into it.

I think that the Friday drop is a natural retracement. TSIS was picked up at bargain prices in the mid 20 cent range. Some people just want a quick profit. We had nice healthy volume and probably some day traders.

As for TSIS, it is trading at a PE of 4 or 5 based on next years earnings. I call TSIS at this price buying winning lottery tickets.

Still bullish
