by Harrison W. Fox. Harrison is an industry expert and is
currently a paid staff member of Congressman Horn's House
Subcommittee on Government Management, Information, and Technology.

Congressman Horn started the "Quarterly Horn Report," which grades
the Y2k readiness of the Federal Government's 24 branches.
