Will do some digging on that rumour...came from two reliable sources at Cogeco, a Canadian Cable provider.

Cannot eloborate just yet (only due to ignorance), but will try to soon - based on the credibility, I got in with 5000 shares.

Not much due diligence.....but....who knows.
