Jason,

In reference to your first sentence - Seems to me you've forgotten about IBM, HP, Samsung, Enpointe, Dyncorp, Sony DP,

it would seem XYBR has also forgotten some:

kanakaris.com

or there is a clear difference between "partner" and "association", and I'm merely misunderstanding the difference.

On another note, we now have some information with which to base expectations for sales thus far. From the most recent article about belt worn computers from Phil's web page (which I thought proved to be more of a positive for ViA than XYBR):

special.pioneerplanet.com

we find that XYBR has sold 300 units and has orders for 200 more. Using all my fingers and toes, this translates to gross sales (assuming the full $5000 price) of $2.5 million. Beats the hell out of $600,000 any day.
