you won't be filing that tax return under the name, "Angel D"

To do so would be a violation of IRC 7206 (16 USC 7206). That would be giving false information to the IRS and is punishable as a crime. That same act is also a violation of 18 USC 1001, which is the crime of giving false information to a federal agency and is punishable, I believe, by 5 years in jail and up to $500,000 in non-dischargeable fines.
