Judith, Thanks, I've been "away" from EUTO for so long I missed all the "excitement"

I believe than if a group of 10% of the shareholders of any company demand to see the books (via a their qualified representative) that by law the representative must be given access. But based on what you've said it seems there's nothing worth looking into that y'all don't pretty much already know. (g)

I'm from CT maybe 50 miles or so from the City. I'm a family guy, CPA, etc. Not into knowing one watering hole from the other.

Judith,
I am no where near NYC, but I just got back from vacation with some new friends from Staten Island. They are the "club going" type of people who knew of all of the good clubs, and unfortunately had never even heard of IVY.

Back in December, when the first release came out mentioning IVY, I tried to find a phone number, address, etc. for the club. I don't remember where I got the phone number, but I called it and someone answered the phone simply "Ivy". I asked for the address and hung up. I then entered the address into a search engine, and came up with the Beacon Hotel. Since I was already suspicious of a scam, I called the Beacon Hotel and asked what I assume was the concierge about Ivy. They acknowledged that Ivy did exist, and claimed it was a rather upscale club. Now whether the "concierge" had the last name of Wilkinson or not, who knows.

The bottom line here is that I do not trust these people and do not consider neither Floyd nor Brad to be gentlemen of honor. Due to that, I cannot justify putting ANY more money into this company. This may one day be a decision I will regret, but I doubt that enough to take my chances by passing on any more Euto or Ivy or whatever it is.

I have been away for a while and find from reading this thread that as much as things change, they still stay the same.

Best of luck to all,

Binder
