Rocky -

I'm having trouble finding an online retailer selling Orb cartridges. Or drives. The places you mentioned apparently have no stock of either drives or media.

CDR Express has drives, but no media. Do you know of any place that actually has cartridges in stock?

And didn't you say, on some other thread, that your SCSI Orb was supposed to ship on March 15th? I guess you didn't get it. What's up with that?

>>I'm having trouble finding an online retailer still selling SyJet cartridges. Does anyone know of one?<<

Why bother? The Castlewood ORB drive only costs $199 and each ORB 2.2Gig cart costs a mere $29.

That may be so, but many people who have the drives and are happy with them won't necessarily just dump their SyJet. Of course it always comes down to price and product reliability. Prices for the Orb sound great but reliability is still undefined. So, for someone who has a SyQuest drive and is happy with it, it makes perfect sense to get more cartridges if they need them.

Thanks for the feedback.
