Rand, yes this is different, but from an investment point of view, I'll have to compare them with other types of REIT's and there is a whole group of them that get additional revenues from the sales in their leased properties. My only problem with this type of investments is that the accounting involved with REIT is beyond my comprehension, and I do not think I'll ever be able to understand these. PZN might indeed be an excellent investment, but unless you educate me in this respect, I would not know how to determine that. Zeev
