PLMD: It has came down recently (see the charts) and given a strong market, I tend to buy beaten issues. The value story presented by CIBC Oppenheimer is not without merit.

After a still strong IMCL and DRMD, I think I'll buy the dips rather than short it.

You are right in that, if it opens bid up by at least $3/4 or so, and you can watch any high ISLD bid taken out premarket, then it is a "sell into the opening", like I have done it on friday.

Friday has been very interesting: First it has been bid up to $9. Then, some 1k island bids appeared at $9 which have been filled always. Then I "knew" it is time to sell some. 5 minutes before the opening 8 7/8 and lower ISLD asks appeared which were taken again. But it was clear the $9 shouldn't hold. It went down to 8 shortly thereafter.

The long story is that the support in the lower 8s is too strong and noone hit the strong bids there, later.

The action reminded me on the steep drop and subsequent imrprovement of IDTC in January, when IDTC sold off down under $10 and opened at 11 1/8 the next day. I was able to buy a few before the opening. It rallied then and never looked back.
