Fascinating and ingenious posts , Mike. A minor point that may bring some comfort. The structure of AXC's strategy now is extremely flexible. No longer trapped in a corner waiting to see if KM will sell...if the appeal will win etc.. Their history and tech and resurrected name and expertise and vision and resources and efforts now are all going into diversified and synergistic approaches to elements of the same thing- video on the web. If one fails ..they do not have to exercise majority options....they can move on quickly. If one area succeeds, they can leverage that into other aspects of the quest. The risks - real though they are- are diverse and relatively small in comparison to the potential payoffs. If at some point the equity markets reward their efforts ...and thus more cash becomes available ..... all of this can expand geometrically. Within this framework hyperdrive IS needed...I sure agree. But at least they are now standing on ground that can provide a running start. Please keep the ideas flowing ...I am sure at least some will be heard....even if only with some third eye or ear.( might end up being your idea, but Ed et al won't quite remember when he or she or they first thought of it. The benefits of origination will come to ya in a higher stock price and personal satisfaction).
