James, >> No3 is done, unless you consider Mr fast.con securities, to have an impact. I mean Morgan Stanley has not re-affirmed their "strong buy" yet. I think they are saving it for either just before or just after Q1. By the way, I just read a biography of Pierpont Morgan, and it seems that he was a very kind man who established hospitals, libraries, museums, etc.... Please don't disparage the company named after him. He also acted as a lender of last resort to the US govt before there was a Fed Reserve.
