Seems more than a two tier market..... Other than internet and large cap techs, there has been a wasteland over the past eleven months. I work in investments for a firm which specializes in 401(k) administration. It is interesting to watch "regular people" get their 401(k) statements and see their reaction to the performance of a Wilshire 5000 index fund, or a Russell 2000 small cap fund. Where is the bull market? Where is the rally they have been reading about in the papers?
