Losers never sell at a profit! Ebay rumor if it was true would have been given more disclosure . A buy out is too material to any stock price if true. Companies once found in talks such as these generally disclose , even if it is just to say talks taking place. It happens all the time , especially when big movements in price are a result of such rumors.Buyers and sellers both are protected by disclosure.
