Dear Rabcat:
There is no software that is perfect. However, I was impressed with their friendly employees and convinced myself that they were good people. However, as a day trader, execution is the most important tool of our trade. You can identify every play before all other traders, but if you can't execute properly and your point of entry or exit is forced-fed to you by the market, you will be crushed sooner or later.
Cybertrader's response to every comment is that they are working on it or are in the process of fixing it and you name it. Nothing ever gets done. Their software looks pretty and that is what most of us fell for. Their execution, however, is one of the worst in the industry. I would like to know more about your experience with Executioner.
Also, your experience with cybertrader mostly depends on the number of trades you do each day. If you ride the waves, then you can afford exiting a few minutes later than you planned, but if you hold your positions for a shorter time and take small profits each time, you can't afford delayed executions. Those who ride the waves seem to have little problem with cybertrader or most other programs.
I am in Santa Monica.
Let me know how you trade.
take care,
