hi TOPFUEL and others,
Hopefully they have the website up and running and in full testing mode offline. I know when the company I work for opened an online store, that is what we did. One would hope that this is what Madera is doing, especially given their past botches, but who knows. Anyway, don't take the current state of the web page as a measurement of how much more they have to do. At least not until Tuesday :)
