You see this as a reverse - it isn't quite that - it's a conversion.
The effect may or may not be dilutive - I'd say that getting a proportional number of shares in a company not threatened by (possible criminal) debenture holders is non dilutive.
I suppose the directors and board members also has some common shares to convert.
Though in my opinion we haven't got the full picture yet, do we ?
