As long as it's a charity, you've got a receipt and you haven't gone over the max. allowable donation for charities, sure can.

Only if it's a recognizable charity by the IRS...such as a non-profit. I'm sure that Macker's Kids is not one of those charities...If you're audited, I'm sure they'll question this.
