That sounds good. But the question is, how long does it take to get a password after my credit card is billed? I know 2 poor souls who have been waiting more than a week for their password. Are they supposed to get it via email, or are they missing something? Also, does the month period start after being billed or after getting a password?

Thankx very much and I appreciate the offer for support with others overseas as it is a little more difficult but becoming easier as I learn daily !
