I can't see where knowing what others have done tells you what they and different others will do. Much of this action is hedging by funds, banks, and mining companies. Their actions are actuarial or mechanical. Price is never determined by this kind of action except instantaneously. This instantaneous action isn't usually motivated by fundamental expectations. Those expectations are seen in the persisting biased error in the noise which creates the trend.
