1999 First Quarter report for Societe Anonyme..
As we closed 1998,, November and December was a big bang for us,, big net stocks boosted our portfolio,, as we approcched 1999 , we had that magic first 6 days of Bull Run,, that gave us much encouragement on the Dow,, till February came along and managed to wipe out 1/2 of the December and January profit,, I am up personaly ,, 600,000 dollars ,, since December,,, in spite of loss occured in February for some 300,000,,, also membership dues that were invested with E Trade at 48,000 dollars on January 17th of 1999 has grown to 128,000 in 2 mos,, with only two trades,, 10,000 shares of PLDI and 4,000 shares of NVDC , I hesitate to trade so much with SA membership dues,,
Meanwhile we have grown to 1778 members as of this morning ,, members from Australia,, Indonesia,. Hong Kong, Korea, Japan , Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, all across USA from American Samoa to Virgin Islands,, many in Canada,, UK,, Scotland .. 2 in Ireland,, Norway, Sweden ,, Germany, Italy, Greece Russia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia,, If any member wishes to have a local chapter and meet fellow members in your country or in your city , please em me ,, it might be a good idea for you to meet and discuss at personal level the trading experience, there is one already taking place in Texas,,
We have been subponaed by SEC in March as many other Day Trading organisations ,, they specifically wishes to look into my trading activities,, and I fully understand ,, their desires to protect consumers as well as to define the new legality of day trading,,, all required documents have been handed to them,,
We have also initiated the chat room officialy , and many new traders are finding it useful,, even though in the beginning with so many new members,, chaos was order of the day ... it now has gotten much better,, by following established rules,,
As for 1999,, I am still very bullsh ,, but there will be a correction some where here,, I am not talking about a crash .. but a valuation based corection,, LOOK to enter blue bloods ,, at a discount ,, such as LU CSCO ATHM AMZN IBM MSFT AOL as such ,,
Meanwhile, our web has improved tremendously due to Rudy and Steve's efforts,, and I especially thank Steve who has experience of being web manager for Toshiba Corporation of America,, Steve is being compensated with hourly remuneration for web work and 1/2 of the gross of the advertisement fee,, so far ,, through ,, our book store,, we have sold several hundred books ,,for Amazon.com.. currently he is working hard on our own IRC,, but I need to make the final decison ,, soon ,,
We have given out 10 scholarship membership to people who had limited financial assetts,, which is now closed,, hope they prosper and become a paying member soon..

All stock ideas are picked and reviewed and researched by my self ,, there is no collusion,, no ops have any iodea what I am buying or selling ,, if a member brings a stock idea,, I do the rersearch ,, and in no shape or form that member is rewarded with early picks etc,,
We do not get renumerated by companies we cover ,, and have corrected our old disclaimer statement,, a long ago ,, but are in the process of refining it ,, I am learning my self as we grow,, we need to become,, indeed a main stream,, where all if not majority of members benefit our success equally ,, and get taken seriously by the establishment ,, that is our next goal ,, we are doing far far better than any mutual fund or 401k out there,,
