If I may add another question...

Can anyone tell me the difficulty other companies would encounter to enter this industry (VOIP)? It seems very lucrative. Only five employees & $30,000,000 in projected revenues. All my DD so far turns up positive info. I own some shares and am considering buying more. New competition is always an unknown, however maybe (hopefully) there is a barrier to entry I am unaware of.

Betting on TLTG!

Francois-with all due respect, you are being ridiculous here.Pick up the telephone and call Teltran for heaven's sake!!! Get your questions answered.Secondly,I really think you want AT&T-not Teltran.I don't know how you guage BB stocks, but you don't get 100% guarantees on BB stocks no matter how much research you do-that's why they are BB stocks. I can only speak for myself, but BB stocks like Teltran are only bought with risk capital and I always assume I am going to lose it no matter how good the company's fundamentals look,float,etc.etc.That's why they call it risk capital.Granted,I'm partial to teltran but I invested in it knowing it could be a wipeout.Quite honestly, you might be better off selling your shares and putting the money in your refrigerator.I'm not saying your questions aren't valid-they are-but your dealing with a pink sheet stock. You gotta act on the info that is available and if it's not enough info, you cut the stock loose. One of the big problems with many investors like yourself nowadays is you want everything guaranteed-it doesn't work that way in the world of pink sheet stocks. If it makes you nervous, stay with blue chips.

Francois:
Since when is being postive and enthusiastic about a stock cause for suspicion? This is the TLTG board and thus seemingly a logical place to discuss the stock. When good things happen like contracts being announced, it's natural to be excitied about them. I don't get this whole conspriacy theory or the rationale behind it. As for your questions:

>>1) On what thread(s) do Mr Lerner and Mr Hershkowitz post?
The Stock Forum on the Teltran.com financial site.
2) Latest outstanding and float shares numbers?
The number going around seems to be 10 and 2 million respectively.
3) EPS, negative or positive for 1997 and 1998?
According to the SEC form, no earnings in 97 and a 6 cent loss in 98. 30 cents projected for 99 and 65 cents projected for 2000 according to announcements.
4) If cash on hand is some $6000, if I understood the figures just published, how does
the Company intend to capitalize itself to carry out its expansion plans and meet its new
contractual obligations.
What you and others need to understand is that an item such as the form 10 represents the past, not the future. The filing reflects 1998. This is already 3 months into 1999. That's old news by now... Based on the announcements, the company will be generating quite a bit more revenue in 99 than it did in 98.

Regarding the rest of these questions, I don't know. If the information is public then it is available somewhere like Edgar but you can search for it just as easily as I can.

5) Have there been recent Private Placements?

6) Is there a Company Business Plan in the form of a document?

7) What is the share structure with regards to warrants, convertible, etc...

8) Statement of assets/liabilities.

9) Any other information that would allow a potential investor to form a clear picture of
what the Company is all about, before committing substantial funds to acquire its shares.

Bravado/Source, what are your answers?
