they may sell more into the market if they don't put it in their boxes... ibm m ust be a horrible mfr. they lose billions and they are vertically integrated. OUCH!

As a matter of fact they are sending out the .18um device in the next few weeks. If they use the Copper Damascene process it will be fantastic; fast and less cost; no WSIX and less critical CMP
