" Finck is now gone, yes?"

Thanks for clarifying that Razorbak. While it is true that there was some poor management decisions made by a former CEO I feel that the market has depressed this stock way to much.
There still looking for a CEO Razorbak....Interested? Hicks has an extremely good track record. Time will tell but OIL has already blown thru Salmon Brothers est $ 5.75 target price! OIL has a book value of 9.71 based on December Oil and Gas Prices:

Slider, you bring up some very good points about prospects in Columbia. What I like the most about OIL is the fact that the corporate objective statements have been right on and they are following their game plan almost to the tee. The three phase development of gas has progressed quite well and seems to be right on schedule. The statement of higher gas prices was made at a time when others were very contrary.

Doug, can you give the source for the comment?:

"Also Triton does not have much upside since they locked in much of their Colombian production's price by selling contracts against future production..... Sincerely, Doug F."

I believe that the contract was based on the current price of oil and the joint venture called for a 30 percent take of the pot (estimated take of 5.5 billion for Triton) over life of contract.

The play I see creating the upside potential is in Triton's Gulf of Thailand natural gas. "probable reserves of (((12.5 trillion cubic feet)))"
