And a bit more speculation on the last 2 cycles.

These appear to be intra-quarter moves (what institution in their
right "mind" would want to be seen holding MRVC at the end of a
quarter? <gg>). Therefore nothing good (barring announcements) will
probably occur before Thursday - the start of Q2.

Look at the volume and closing price data I have provided for the last
8 months.

The last cycle rise started on January 8th (pre-cursor on 1/6). The
peak was reached on 1/16. We traded down until 2/16 (Earnings day),
then traded down even harder until 3/2 (when I assume most
institutions had fully exited).
After 3/3 the volume drops and the price continues to drop (which I
assume is frustrated individuals selling).

The previous cycle rise began about 10/12 and peaked on 10/26, the day
before EPS day, then traded down until a low on 12/15. Note that
volume was significantly higher in this previous cycle (indicating
perhaps institutions had some hope before, but don't now?)

I also included data covering the drop period for those of you who
have strong stomachs.

Comments appreciated.

>>a volume rise to about 1 million shares should be the announcement, with perhaps a pre-cursor day of 600K+. <<

Nicely done. But don't forget to bail when the volume drops !

>>I also included data covering the drop period for those of you who have strong stomachs.<<

C'mon Sector, you said you would spare us the gory details.
