Tony,

Your points are right on. I only mean to say "watch your timing".

AMZN traders have taken it to 200 before. I think they can do it again. And I would love to short into that. Which means I have to leave my shorting capacity intact and not blow it too early. Kind of "wait till you see the whites of their eyes".

tonyt -- nets could be vulnerable to bad news. Recent indications of a drop in advertising rates, for example. A slowing of growth for AMZN, if this is indeed the case. A sudden realization that the stock sale by EBAY is both dilution and insider dumping, for example. A net event which temporarily crashes or impedes the net, such as the porno virus rumored to be making the rounds this weekend, or a downgrade, or a drop in a related stock -- MSFT? <G>
