Perhaps the assignment of a ticker symbol might make it possible to transact private sales in advance of public trading -- something that proved impossible earlier this winter. But I think it likely that public trading will begin soon enough to moot the question. Best wishes.

Brad, I like AYIC's chances of trading VERY soon. I don't think anyone knows exactly how the SEC will give the go ahead, or to who they'll give it first (MMs or the company). Whatever happens I like BANY's short term prospects during an AYIC press blitz after all the silence. BANY ran from $0.60 to $1.50 after the SEC filing came out. The follow-up PR didn't really add anything new, and we've slowly drift back to the $0.80-0.90 range due to the fact that we haven't had any new news to spur the momentum. Once AYIC is allowed to start promoting themselves, and BANY is "re-discovered" again, I expect a bigger runup than the last. I expect that we'll get >1 million volume and we top the previous highs of $1.50 at least. I'll be watching carefully since we know the SEC can do some unexpected things. I expect many of the folks that took profits in the $1.25 range (such as myself) will be back for the next runup. This week could be a good one. BANY CC will focus on BANY according to Yost, but will include a "statement" on AYIC. I have a sneaky suspicion Yost has some big BANY news that he has saved for the CC.
