Kathyh,
Just to add to your strong point on ONEM. In terms of upside potential vis-a-vis adding on customes, ONEM is a better market. And this is not in factored in its current price.

Kathy, my initial take on ONEM's valuation ($1,400 per customer) only related to the underwriter pricing. Based on Friday's close, the market is valuing ONEM at $2,024 per customer. I have updated my analysis at:

I also am confused by Steve Harmon's comments. With apologies to Steve, it appears that he has not spent much time with the S-1. Also, GEEK is much smaller than ONEM and the others yet it commands a premium (though it is profitable).

kathyh,
I have a little experience on the supplier side of the market.
1/3 size a BIG difference, Cost of Sales and Cost of Production.

Buying power is less, promotion dollars don't go as far and Cost of Integration of all the 17 systems is BIG

That is the logical side.
Ont the intuitive side the time that the group takes to row in the same direction is also critical.

No opinion on any of the stocks, just on the size factor.
Good luck
ynot :)
