>Hey cash just found another website with on online daytrading course. - Wallstreeter I am going to put my two cents worth in here - just remember it is worth what you paid for it. :) About daytrading and "paid for" training courses - IMHO, daytrading is not rocket science - if fact, it is pretty simple and stright forward - - unlike options tarding in which one must have substantial knowledge just to understand what people are talking about. What it takes is a basic understanding of what and how thing are done; a TOTAL understanding of what tools are needed and how to use them; a bit of a "risk taker" mentality; a bit of the fun of a gambler and a little intutition thrown in. Again, IMHO, from what I have seen and people I have talked with, the "paid for" programs have nothing to offer that is not available free on the net for one to use to get a very good education. From there, it is basic control of ones emotions on a minute by minute basis to do what one has learned to do and not what one feels like doing - i.e., setting mental stops AND THEN FOLLOWING THROUGH on them. Daytrading is far, far more about now much money one does NOT LOSE than about how much one gains. Where most people get themselves into trouble is thinking they can daytrade against both pros and other daytraders without the tools to do so and, IMO, the tools needed to "compete" - for that is what you are doing, competing against both pros and other daytraders - will run a not insignificant amount if one is having to start from scratch. To try to compete using internet feed, no real analsys program and using internet brokers is setting one up for serious financial problems. By the time you even get the information, the ones with the right tools have already been in and, in some cases, out! "Daytrading" seems to be the "in" thing to do - the latest and hottest fad. Few of those doing so have either the equipment or knowledge to do so productively. Better to fall back to short term "position" trading until one is truly ready to daytrade, both equipment, knowledge and emotion wise. jb
