mike, a key verb in that VLDC item is "will" ... as yet, I've detected little evidence of actual lending activity or other commerce from Virtuallender. Maybe I'm missing it where I'm looking. I've found no press releases with information about revenues, capitalization or earnings, other than 99 and 00 "estimates." Their Investor Relations page at their website talks about the online lending market, and about their plans, but I could find no representation as to their actual trailing revenues, capital or earnings. If you have some information about that, perhaps you could point it out to us. I did find that until last month, Virtuallender was called "Golden Chain Marketing," trading under a different symbol. "SAN BRUNO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--Golden Chain Marketing (OTC BB:GCMK - news) announced today that it is changing its name to Virtuallender.com, Inc., its symbol to VLDC and its cusip number to 92825R. effective Friday, Feb. 19, 1999." Also, on that day, it reverse-split four for one. "Friday February 19, 2:30 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release ADD to BW0105, CA-GOLDEN-CHAIN ADD to BW0105 (CA-GOLDEN-CHAIN) after last sentence of release xxx In addition, the company announces a four for one reverse stock split." Can you tell us what Golden Chain Marketing did, perhaps? I've kinda struck out finding any history on this outfit prior to last month. No match in SI for GCMK. The first posting for VLDC was on February 25 by (confirming) YOU! And you posted 6 of the ten responses to it. Is that a coincidence? Probably not, because looking at your profile, you've been busily posting the same darn press releases to many, many other threads here on SI. Gee, you might want to lighten up, or some folks might accuse you of being a freaking penny stock tout and check on whether you've fully disclosed any compensation you might be receiving. I'm curious and hoping you could tell us about Golden Chain Marketing, since you brought them up here and obviously have an interest in them. Its the same company, just with a different name and symbol, right? Or is the press release mistaken? Also, you might explain how a piece on VLDC relates to this issue? I'm puzzled. You apparently think it relates to many other issues, too, judging by the number of threads to which you've posted info about this VLDC, as listed in your profile. Doug
