Thank you for the explanation of risk arbitrage and takeovers, which was completely unnecessary to me and shows you completely ignored my private message to you or the import thereof. BTW, I spent three years with the SEC, two of which were in the tender offer branch of the corp fin division.

To all - I am no longer "on strike." (I was ticked off by someone's comments).

I am pleased to report that at least one person did notice that I was on strike.
