18, I used to be a well-known tech analyst and then portfolio manager in the mid 1980s, managing mutual funds, hedge funds and insurance co. money, but I've been retired since 1988. I am now an individual investor, though I do manage a small Maximum Income partnership with six HNW partners who live in Asia.

Thanks for the tip onthe CFRA. I'll check them out.

18, does CFRA have a web site? Schilit has a great book " Financial Shenanigans" . The contemporary accounting abuses and scams are worthy of a book. Thanks Mike
