Doug, thanks for the read on CRRR. I think that it will pick up after the window dressing period at the end of this first quarter, after it goes ex-dividend...next week. I'll ask you for a new read then, if you don't mind.

On HMGC, perhaps the obstacle at $4 is due to:

"On February 24, 1999, the Company issued $5,000,000 of 7% Convertible Notes Due February 24, 2002 to two institutional investors. The principal amount of the Notes is convertible into shares of the Company's common stock at a conversion price of the lesser of $4.00 per share or a price based on the prevailing market price of the Company's common stock, subject to a maximum issuance of 2,160,000 shares upon the conversion of the Notes, taken together."

Earnings are due next week on HMGC.
