Tony, thanks for the article. Good stuff. Is the net of what they're saying: @Home & PacBell have the same upstream speed of 128kbps but @Home's $40/mo cable service is 4X's faster on the downstream than PacBell's $49/mo (i.e. ADSL) consumer service? Or, is the net of what they're saying: same upstream speed, and essentially same downstream speed when compared to PacBell's $199/mo guaranteed biz service, but PacBell's consumer service may experience in the worse case (i.e. but not necessarily) a speed degradation that's 4X's slower (because the downstream speed isn't guaranteed with PacBell's consumer package?)
