No Dan - it doesnt cover L2...and as of yet there is no date set for the reduction in NP fees from $4 to $2 either, it is still at least May 1 and more likely Jun 1 before you see any reductions...Vendors need that much notice to adjust billing to clients, especially those that bill in advance...

Its definately a step in the right direction...after many years of constant increases, finally there is some relief...I hope we see this trend flow thru all the exchanges, including Futures Exchanges, who desperately need to reduce their fees to something manageable for the individual investor.

I'm a huge supporter (if you hadnt noticed) of exchange fee and paperwork reductions, elimination and streamlining across markets.

Mark one on the side of the small investor, carry on...
