Does anyone know how the signal is received? Their press releases don't mention the requirements for an end user to receive the satellite signal. I'm not a scientist, but current download rates via a modem are maxed at 53k per second, i.e. a 56k modem. How can they jam a megabyte through a standard phone line? Will you have to subscribe through a service? Buy a receiver? Add it through your cable company? Anyone know?

Does it bother any of you that the company has issued more shares/options/warrants/etc, than they have authorized? Therein the reason for the increase to 400,000,000 shares that they rammed through without a vote.

Why did Greg Manning Auctions liquidate 75% of their holdings in 1998 when they have held the stock since 1995? They bought 13% of the company for $250,000 in 1995 and have sold their stake down to 2% as of 11/98, making millions in the process. Couldn't blame them for taking some profits but wouldn't one internet player recognize another high potential, especially considering they held such a large position for so long?

Just asking questions since I don't know the answers so don't crap on me and call me a short. I have never shorted a stock in my life and don't plan to here. I'm considering a long position but wanted to see if anyone had considered the above. Their web site is pretty fancy and pretty well organized.
