Dear jwk: Well, without giving it a lot of thought, which since I am opposed to a sell out I dont want to waste my time on. It would go something like this--TAVA sells for a current PE of about 6. Say they paid TRIPLE the current PE (which is unlikely) then they would buy at a current PE of about 18. Well, growth for at least the next two years is very likely to be well over 30. So, not only do they get a company with a multiple under MOST COMPANIES thus being probably immediately accretive, they get a company which within one year of growth brings the acquition multiple WAY DOWN compared to those earnings and the growth to boot. Plus, with TAVA's FORTUNE 1,000 contacts and customers, if it was the right company they would cross sell their other products to the same market. But, I dont want to give anyone any ideas--haha cause I want it all for myself. JDN
