I agree.....tried to be long coms too many times. Love the Palm Pilot, but there's gotta be a better stock to hold onto.

They filed to sell, shorted the stock , and bought back the calls they sold, now all they need to do is let the shares go. . . .

Where in those two press releases does it say anything like that??

Hi James,

One could make the argument regarding insider trading is that it, usually, signals the bottom. I am aware of the USRX merger woes, poor management, etc. I'm new to COMS and I see a value play. The sum of its parts are worth more than the whole. It's been mentioned before, but COMS does look like ASND 18+ months ago.

IMO, the best for everyone, shareholders and management, is to sell the firm whole.
