Mile I don't know if the shorts have journalistic influence or not, I
really don't care much. I do see the dram vendors that are falling
behind what I believe as the leader Samsung, using the media to spread
negative comments on the Bus.
This talk about moving your shares to a cash acct. from a margin
acct. just won't work. Readers of this board just don't have enough
shares to make a difference. If you believe in the co. and their
ability to execute, one should do the opposite inviting the shorts
into the game. The only story that will break them is shipping dates.

MH, I once bought a stock called Boeing. This was at least 6 years ago after they developed the 777. At the time, their main business was commercial aircraft. The only major business they had at the time with the government were space station contracts. The stock had broken out of a large base after years of going nowhere. The airlines had delayed purchasing any aircraft for many years because their business had been terrible. The economy was turning and average age of airline fleet at the time was at least 29 years old. Old by any measure. Boeing had clear sailing and many years of great sales to look forward to. Got the picture? One weekend I pick the paper and read that Boeing will have a difficult time because the defense industry was downsizing. I just couldn't believe the article since at the time only 8% of Boeings' sales were to the government and these were not defense aircraft. Monday morning CNBC has a story about Boeing hurting because of the defense business slowdown. They show pictures of fighter jets Boeing didn't even make. The story ran for a couple of days and sure enough the price of Boeing stock fell. I'm sure whoever planted the story picked up the stock at bargain prices. I couldn't believe it happened either, but it did. Be careful what you read or hear in this business my friend. There are lots of sharks out there and Wall Street is the master of hype.
