So you want them to go to the capital markets, raise 4 million and issue more stock just so they can own these 1 million shs?
They could have bought a million shs for under 2 in October, so why pay $4?

Oh, lets not forget about at least a half million in underwritting and legal fees. accountants are suppose to know that.
