It is of interest to other lithography companies because they can sell mature products to meet the DD requirements. I've got a question for you Katherine - are production costs higher for a new product introduction or during the fifth year of production? I wouldn't want to be investing new development $'s into an i-line technology that is clearly a mature product for the competition. By the way, most DD manufacturers are using or have selected a reduction lithography supplier.
