Bert, I doubt the people that bought into the placements are the ones shorting. To buy into these placements, you have to convince yourself in the value of the story. Once you have done that, it is unlikely that you would short the stock even though you could cover will low priced stock. Anyway, all the stock from the placements was registered by the last registration statement. I, like you, think shorting SNRS is a bad bet (unless you shorted at 13 or 14 and have covered at 9.) Joe
