David, you are right imo. There will be a time between when the nasdaq listing approval is announced, and the day it actually starts trading on the National Mkt, so during that brief "anti-climactic" period, when it has been announced but hasn't yet shown up on the National Mkt, it may back off a bit.

Thank you for the info on NASD listing, I was just curious to peoples thoughts on potential after NASD listing as I am following another company(BLLS) that is in the same situation.

I will take a closer look at SNMM for possible investment.
