I spoke with the company in January, and at that time, they said that NetRadio would follow the IPO within two months of the filing of the IPO. At that time, they said the IPO filing would occur within 30 days, but it actually took about 45 days (from the time we spoke). So, using March 3rd as the official filing day, I would imagine they would do so by May 3rd.

If they were smart, they would do it much sooner than that. But market condition may dictate the actual date. I am trying to get a little more information on the IPO date from my sources (however good or bad they are) :o)

I can tell you this though, the IPO is going to happen, and the price of NAVR (in my eyes) will double or triple for sure from todays price. And, news will come in the next couple of weeks that should move NAVR up to $18 - $20 range. People will sell at that time and the price will slip to $16 and then start to move from there. This is all jsut my speculation, but I feel pretty confident of this.
