If it is not yet clear to you and whomever the we represents, Gord, I question: 1 - the need for a restructuration of the shares "in the best interest of the shareholders" and its timing at the height of the hype before any offer is made on the properties or any real assessment of the properties can be done. Message 8574893 "Based on the information available to date, the Company has not yet determined whether the mineral properties contain economically recoverable ore reserves." "Title to mineral properties involves certain inherent risks due to the difficulties of determining the validity of certain claims as well as the potential for problems arising from the frequently ambiguous conveyancing history characteristic of many mineral properties. The Company has investigated title to all of its mineral properties and, to the best of its knowledge, title to all of its properties are in good standing." Annual Reportsedar.com 2 - the unwise practice of insults, intimidation, hype, "leaks" and insinuations of fantasy plots to entertain rumours of takeovers on this thread. Message 8554158 Since question me, I know I don't work for De Beers nor for any renowned villain so I can assume that others do not either. The daily number of posts and the behavior of some of the posters is more than enough to attract shorts and to arise suspicions. I don't currently own any Winspear shares and I have never shorted any stock. I had put aside some money in case I could find another interesting entry point in Winspear. I have enough experience however not to buy before a share restructuration, at the height of the hype or over convenient leaks from the Company. I am sure others do too. One should not have to care, but whatever affects a company that has reached a certain degree of prominence affects now all investors in the same sector. It is my opinion that the most pressing issue is still the share consolidation and the fact that people who are holding their shares or buying more should carefully consider what that will do to their portfolio and to the eventual price of their shares. I see that the subject is being carefully avoided and drowned in a sea of coloured stones, pillars, cape and dagger stories etc. Over the week, this WSP new baby has come a long way. Several of my initial questions seem to have been answered by the Company, including the publication of the annual report. It still would be smart to have answers to your questions in writing from the Company. It doesn't hurt to ask questions when management is asking for a 100% raise while dividing your holdings . It is very big of insiders to say that they will abstain from voting but the vote is usually only a formality anyway. (iii) Each issued and outstanding Winspear Common Share (other than any such shares in respect of which the holder has exercised the Dissent Rights) shall be exchanged for one New Winspear Common Share and one New Winspear Preferred Share. (v) Each (former) Winspear Common Shareholder will sell and transfer all of his, her or its New Winspear Preferred Shares to NewCo for consideration consisting of solely of 0.125 NewCo Common Shares for each New Winspear Preferred Share so transferred. So the only thing certain at the moment is that the consolidation will happen. How much will a Winspear share be worth in a month? $1.75 How much for Diamondex $14? I hope you know whether you would rather have 1/2, 2/4, 3/6 or 10,000/20,000. In the meantime, thank you guys for the entertainment. This stock is going to rocket. The game is to choose them right. I hope Winspear succeeds, that would be a positive for the whole sector. Once again good luck.
