Flodyie - Great job. If CYOE is buying Appolo telecom, it probably means that Appolo can 't make it a profitable business so they buy the business. making it sound like things are working out.

In reality, CYOE would get the equipment back from Comdisco anyway. Comdisco is not going to be left with customized Telecom equipment.

What I am wondering is if CYOE sold equipment to Systeam and is buying the copany back for the same reasons as Appolo.

When a company purchases a company that they sold equipment to, they have to restate the profits and put the equipment on the books of CYOE at cost, This leads to bigger deficits in Retained Earnings.

Wireless USA is a similar joke. CYOE recognizes profits as Wireless USA Makes payments to Comdisco. If they can't make the payments the equipment goes back to CYOE.

What a nightmare!
