Richard,
Look up in the Yellow pages under "Factors" and you will find many companies that will do much the same thing as Prinvest. They aren't lending money to Wireless USA. They are buying Wireless USA's receivables at a discount(and only the good ones at that). Prinvest will probably buy current receivables at 70 cents on the dollar to start and will pay an additional 26% or so as they collect the receivables.

Second, I don't think that they are going to come up with the full $8.6 million for the transaction at once. Reading between the lines of CYOE's press release, I believe that CYOE will receive its payments in installments, possibly over 3 years or longer.

I am not saying that all of this is favorable for CYOE. In fact, it is not. I am just saying that I don't think there is necessarily this big conspiracy going on with the Wireless USA financing (I am happy to be convinced otherwise). It is my opinion that CYOE issued a press release about the Wireless USA deal that can read as positive by the naive, but is actually notable in the details that were not disclosed and which I think are very negative.
