LOL you forgot the last part of his statement.... "the wise are on the sidelines"... I'll try to get the exact statement, I took it to mean he thinks those that are fully invested now are fools. If you thought he was on target with his remarks then ok, I may have misunderstood.... wouldn't be the first time.....
